Omax Maxiem 1530 CNC 5 Axis waterjet cutter:

Profile Cutter:

• X axis = 2400mm Y axis = 1200mm. Z axis = 100mm

Durma AD-S 30135 9 axis Press Brake:

• 135 ton. 16mm Mild steel up to 1000mmm long.         
• X axis = 3000mm. Y axis = 450mm. Z axis =16mm

CSM CNC80TBRE pipe tube bender:

• 4000mm length;  80mm Round.  60mm Square.  35mm solid bar

5 manual lathes ranging from Sunmaster ML17X50 up to our Colchester Magnum 1250.

• 670mm swing over bed & 3000mm distance between centres.

Manford 5KV and Hafco BM 90HV Industrial Turret Miller:

• X axis = 1120mm. Y axis =  520mm.  Z axis =  440mm.

Butler 200mm Slotter machine.

• X axis 340mm. Y axis = 450mm. Z axis = 200mm.
• Table Dia = 510mm

Hydraulic pressure testing:

• max 6000 psi

Welding and Fabrication

• Manual metal arc. Low hydrogen.
• MIG and TIG, 
• Silver Soldering.

Additive Manufacturing

Composite plastic print volume up to 350mm x 320mm x 325m
