Durma AD-S 30135 9 axis Press Brake:

• 135 ton. 16mm Mild steel up to 1000mmm long.

Butler 200mm Slotter machine.

• X axis 340mm. Y axis = 450mm. Z axis = 200mm.

Hydraulic pressure testing:

• max 6000 psi

Welding and Fabrication

• Manual metal arc. Low hydrogen.

Hydraulic Cylinder Repairs

Our comprehensive hydraulic repair service includes:

• Strip and inspection of cylinder.
• Hose and fitting replacement.
• Rod linishing or replacement.
• Replacement seal kits.
• Cylinder assembly and testing.

Our well-appointed machining workshop allows us to manufacture or repair any hydraulic components including glands, rods, pistons or barrels. We can replace bushes, sleeves, pins and clevises, saving business downtime and cylinder replacement costs.
